Portrait of Sanne looking over her shoulder

Welcome, I'm Sanne

Ayurvedic lifestyle coach and yoga teacher.

My work grew out of my own experience. Over ten years ago I hit a wall during a period of stress and burnout. That's when I first came across yoga and Ayurveda, and noticed how deep the effect can be when you learn to listen to your body, instead of pushing through it.

What started as something personal quickly became my work. I've been teaching for years now and guide people daily in building more strength, calm and body awareness. Ayurveda kept showing up as a foundation. In recent years I've been studying it in depth as a full system.

How I work

I work with women who feel their body is out of balance, but aren't helped by rigid systems or advice that doesn't fit into their life.

What I bring is a combination of knowledge, experience and a well-developed sense of what someone needs. I look with you, ask the right questions and help you get clear on what your body is asking for. I use Ayurveda as the base, layered with everything I've built up over the years working with the body, breath and nervous system.

My approach is calm, personal and practical. No information overload, just focused steps you can integrate into daily life, so that change isn't only noticeable, but lasting.

Personal

In my own life, yoga, breathwork and meditation are a daily foundation. A few times a year I also take time for an Ayurvedic reset, to return to the essentials.

I'm someone who brings both strength and softness to my work. I put you at ease, but I'll also honestly reflect back when that's what's needed. That combination tends to make people feel safe to slow down, feel, and really look at what's going on.

For me, this work is a natural next step, and exactly where everything I've learned over the past years comes together.
